Terror Suspect at University of Hawaii Manoa

Honolulu police and University of Hawaii campus security said Thursday that they are “actively patrolling” the Manoa campus.
They said they are looking for a man who threatened to shoot 30 students. An emergency e-mail was sent to students, faculty and staff at about 1:40 p.m.
According to the e-mail, a man was overheard on a city bus talking to himself about planning to shoot 30 students at UH. The man got off the bus in McCully, it said.
The man is in his 40s, with black and gray hair, the e-mail said. He was wearing a camouflage shirt with an American flag on it, khaki shorts and tennis shoes, it said.
